We are committed to providing high-quality products and services and value your feedback.  Please review our Return Policy outlined below if you need to return Deneve items for any reason.

We proudly provide you full refunds

You will receive a full refund for any product returned within 30 days of your original full-priced order that remains in its original factory-condition.

To qualify for full refunds, all packaging must also remain undamaged with the original price tags and labels affixed in their original condition.

Shipping materials

When returning Deneve items, we recommend that you use proper shipping materials to protect against damage, ensuring they remain in their original, factory condition through transit.

Shipping carrier

We recommend that you select a carrier that offers shipment tracking and insurance.  We recommend insuring the returned package for its full value to protect yourself if your shipment becomes lost or is damaged in transit.

Shipping costs

You are solely responsible for all shipping costs when returning products to Deneve.

If you discover a problem after accepting delivery of an Deneve product, please contact us.  We may be able to resolve the issue without requiring you to return the item.

Please retain all product components and packaging material until you’re completely satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase. This will make it easier for you to return any items, if necessary.

Deneve refunds shipping charges only in cases where the wrong item was sent or defective.

Products ineligible for return

Items sold on clearance may not be returned for a full or partial refund or merchandising credit.

Also, Deneve does not grant full or partial refunds or credits for items that are returned damaged or without all of the components provided (e.g. accessories, original user manuals, parts, packaging).

Addresses outside the contiguous US including international, APO, FPO, US possessions, and Canada as well as Alaska and Hawaii addresses:

If you’re outside the contiguous US, you have 30 calendar days from the date of your original order to return items. You are responsible for any handling, customs, and shipping costs.

A problem with your order

If you discover a problem with your order after you’ve accepted delivery, please contact us within five business days of receiving your order.  We will investigate the issue and get back to you within three to five business days.

If we do not hear from you within five days of the shipment being successfully delivered, the order is deemed complete and accurate.  After that point, Deneve is not liable for reported missing components or inaccurate shipments.
